5. How do I check on the status of a ticket?

To check the ticket status, the user should click on the “Tickets” button highlighted in the image below.
The following tickets details will then be provided: Ticket #, Creation Date, Status, Subject and Department. The user can click on the hyperlink subject highlighted to be redirected to the thread.

The user can always post a reply to re-open the ticket.
