IMPACT HelpDesk is used as a support ticket system to streamline support requests such as inquiries, problem reporting, access issue or any feedback, and better serve IMPACT users. Each support request is given a unique ticket number, which will help the user to track the progress and responses online. In order to submit a ticket, the user must have a valid email address. For protection and greater help, IMPACT team will keep complete archives of all the support requests.
