2. How do I Log in?

Using the chosen email and password, the user can now log in to IMPACT HelpDesk. The user has to enter his/her email and password in the corresponding fields on the Sign In page.
In case the user forgets his/her password, it is possible to reset the password directly on the platform, by clicking on Forgot my Password. See the FAQ article to check how.
