In case the user forgets his/her password, it is possible to reset the password directly on the platform, by clicking on Forgot my Password.

Note: Make sure to click on Sign In once to get the link "Forgot My Password".

The user is then required to input his/her email and click on send email.

He/she will then receive an email containing a link to follow in order to access the platform.

The user will have to re-enter his username in the designated field, to access his contact information and change the password. Make sure to click on the Update button after choosing the new password.
